Xeleros™ is developing key relationships with organizations that will help deliver qualified sales leads such as medical billing, managed healthcare, medical supplies and pharmaceutical companies just to name a few. Xeleros™ will rely heavily on these relationships to reduce the expense of directly marketing to the private practice market. These types of relationships will allow us to grow quickly and achieve our goal of a 30% market ownership with over 40 million visits processed by the end of 2003. Xeleros™ has entered into a contract with ActivHealth to offer wellness programs and is currently working with Blue Cross/Blue Shield on an electronic billing clearinghouse relationship.
